Medication list
Include prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, and supplements when relevant.
New patients
You do not need to prepare a perfect explanation or understand Chinese medicine before you arrive. Bring the information you have, wear something comfortable, and expect a conversation before treatment begins.

Eat normally unless you are given different instructions. Wear comfortable clothing when possible. Bring a current medication list when relevant and any useful records you already have.
Caleb will ask about your main concern and may also ask about sleep, digestion, energy, temperature, stress, and other body systems. These questions help identify broader patterns rather than focusing on one symptom in isolation.
Treatment may include acupuncture and, when appropriate, electroacupuncture, cupping, or gua sha. The plan is explained before treatment. You can ask questions or request an adjustment at any time.
Responses vary. Some people notice changes quickly; others respond gradually. Treatment frequency, follow-up, and any aftercare guidance are individualized rather than assigned by a generic schedule.
Helpful to bring
Include prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, and supplements when relevant.
Bring useful reports or imaging summaries you already have. Do not send private records through ordinary email.
Write them down if that helps. It is reasonable to ask what is being recommended and why.
